Early in my career, as a single mom, stepping into executive-level responsibility, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Treatment did not pause expectations at work, and support was limited. I learned firsthand what it means to manage illness, fear, and professional scrutiny at the same time — and what it costs to do that alone.
Several years later, I faced a second diagnosis and additional surgeries. By then, I understood that surviving a health crisis is only part of the journey. The harder work often comes afterward: rebuilding confidence, redefining leadership, and learning how to move forward without hardening or disappearing.
I went on to build a successful consulting career, advising Fortune 100 companies through complex organizational change. Over time, my leadership philosophy shifted — away from endurance and toward clarity, values, and sustainability. That shift shaped both how I worked and how I lived.
Today, as an executive coach, I support women leaders navigating health-related crises at work — moments when identity, authority, and wellbeing collide. My approach is calm, strategic, and deeply human. This is not therapy and not performance coaching. It is structured leadership support for women who need discretion, clarity, and grounded decision-making during complex seasons.
I hold an MBA and a Master’s in Organization Development and have spent decades working at the intersection of leadership, change, and human behavior. More importantly, I understand what it means to protect your health without sacrificing your credibility or future.
You do not need to prove your strength.
You need support that respects it.

I've lived what many executive women are quietly enduring.
You are navigating a serious crisis while working inside high-expectation corporate environments--where performance doesn't pause, compassion is limited and you can't slow down.
I know what it's like to manage treatments alongside professional scrutiny. I know what it's like to fear job loss while fighting for your life. I know what happens after survival--when strength hardens into armor.
This work exists because women deserve support that protects both their health and their authority--without shame or overexposure.
This is not performance coaching. This is leadership support at a critical life crossroads.
Take your time. If you choose to move forward, let's begin with a structured assessment and clear plan.
